I put on a pair of jeans this morning that I have not worn in a looooooong time. I actually think I bought the jeans a few years ago and they were too small. Maybe the gym is working after all. Although I am still stuck at 4 lbs lost as of yesterday evening at the gym. Grrrrrrrr! I can not wait until I get to the point of noticing a real difference. Off to clean the house....
